In August 2025, our Malaysian customer carried out on-site sampling of 132 kV copper conductor XLPE insulated cables manufactured on our 10-132 kV three-layer co-extrusion cross-linking cable production line. The cable’s eccentricity was accurately measured using a SIKORA measuring system, and the outstanding test results earned high recognition and satisfaction from the customer.

Hon Hai Cable Co. specializes in manufacturing XLPE insulated power cables for 110 kV, 35 kV and lower voltage classes, along with low-voltage and photovoltaic cable products. With an annual output value of RMB 1.2 billion, the company procured from us in 2023 a 35 kV and a 110 kV triple-layer co-extrusion cable production line for cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cable. The supplied cable extrusion lines have demonstrated stable, continuous operation. The video documents the equipment’s runtime performance and process stability during live production.

On August 10, 2024, Yesheng Cable Co., Ltd. carried out test run of our 110kV high voltage cable extrusion line which is used for the production of 300mm² high voltage cable.
