Cross-linked Cable Extrusion Line in Ecuador
On 12th November 2013, Baicheng Miracle has signed a contract with Ecuador CONELSA company for providing cross-linked cable extrusion line. Due to the great importance we have attached to this deal, this project has been skillfully executed, carefully inspected and ultimately completed ahead of schedule within two and half months.

Between March 2-5 of 2014, the acceptor from Ecuador Mr. Victor carried out the following tests regarding to the
production line:
- Comprehensive inspection of electrical panel;
- Operation test of Φ150 extruder;
- Appearance inspection of all individual machines;
- Comprehensive inspection of packaging boxes;
- Testing of tapes, caterpillars, payoffs and take-ups;
- Testing of various moving parts, such as clamping, loosening, forward and backward movements;
The acceptance result shows that the indicators of all equipment meet the required criteria. The wiring harness assembly and arrangement of control panel, and extrusion performance of extruders are highly praised by Mr. Victor. In particular, the technical level of our extruders has reached first-level ahead of the competition.
On 2nd April 2014, all equipment was packaged in 4 containers and shipped according to customer's requirements. The entire packaging process was carried out by our professional staff.
