Baicheng Miracle has designed and manufactured intelligent type 110kV extra high voltage cross-linking cable extrusion line for Egyptian ECC Company.

As per customer request, we sent our mechanical and electrical engineers for final commissioning on 12th October 2012. During the period of equipment installation and commissioning, our engineers' work was once affected by Egypt's turmoil. However, our engineers tackled this tough challenge and completed their tasks on 18th October 2012, successfully accomplishing the acceptance of the cable extrusion line.

With approximately 30 hours of cable production, the job has been done with result satisfying the required length. The mechanical and electrical engineers from both parties have strictly inspected the finished power cables, and have determined that the power cables produced by our cross-linking cable extrusion line are in full compliance with contract requirements and relevant provisions of GB/T12706-2002 standards. The acceptance report has been successfully signed.

This project was completed within 130 days, it demonstrates the comprehensive capabilities and technical level of Baicheng Miracle.
